Can I cancel One on one or in person traning?
For in-person coaching, I require one full calendar month’s notice to cancel or make changes to your sessions. This allows time to adjust the schedule and offer your spot to someone else.
CAN I CANCEL Anti-gravity ANYTIME?
Absolutely! You can cancel whenever you like. Your subscription will stay active until the end of the current billing cycle, and you won’t be charged again after that.

Do I need to be fit to start?
Not at all! You don’t need any prior experience or fitness level. My coaching meets you where you are and supports you every step of the way.
