in person coaching
Train with Suzy in person at Sweatbox Gym in Bristol. This is an elevated service, great for form correction and more accountability.
In person & online COaching
Online and in person coaching is a personalised, one-to-one service designed to help you reach your goals. It’s tailored to your schedule and wherever you are and fully customised to you. Whether you can train 2 times a week or 5, or have a specific goal in mind, Suzy will create a program that works for you and your lifestyle. Online coachig has ongoing accountability without needing to be in the same room.
For in person coaching there is the option of weekly, bi-weekly or a monthly session or you can book a one off session. Great for things like form technique and getting accustomed to the gym.

how it works
I work closely with you to create a coaching plan that works for your goals, schedule, and preferences. The joining process is as follows:
Initial Form – We begin with a detailed intake to understand your goals, lifestyle, challenges, and starting point.
- Program discussion – We will discuss through the form and decide together what your program will consist of. E.g training split, training elements, timetable
Custom Program Design – Your plan is built for you, to fit around your lifestyle.
Ongoing Support & Program updates – Get guidance via the app, message with any questions and form check on videos you submit. You will receive a new program every 4 – 8 weeks, depending on progress and goals set/reached.
Spaces are very limited.


Aerial hoop coaching

Suzy teaches aerial hoop at all levels, from beginners to advanced. She also teaches specialised workshops and private lessons where you can hone in on particular skills you want to learn.
