About suzy

Starting her active career as a professionally trained dancer, Suzy progressed into aerial and furthered her expertise by qualifying as a personal trainer. Recognising that strength and flexibility were key to her own success, she became passionate about helping others achieve the same.

Suzy specialises in strength and flexibility training. In particular, applying her knowledge to both aerial and dance disciplines while also helping people integrate fitness into their everyday lives. Her goal is to empower her clients to feel strong, more flexible, fit, and confident in both themselves and their abilities.
